To empower women and girls and boys with tools to work their way out of poverty of all levels and develop their natural abilities to their fullest potential and equip them to excel as leaders of their workplaces and communities across all spheres of society.

Our vision is to make sure no youth is left behind and every one can exercise their human rights while in full control of their destinies.

We aim to break the cycle of poverty and gender discriminations that too many youth are born in. We aim to provide adolescent  girls  and young women with resources and opportunities for educational and leadership development

Kuleana Youth Empowerment is a non-profit organization which started in 2011 and was registered as a community based organization in 2016. The aim of this organization is  to  educate and empower youth across Tanzania, and hopefully through Africa as a whole.

Teenagers have a hard time with school, exams, puberty, peer pressure, family expectations, politics, gender roles and the tough laws that force them to be in a certain way.

We aim to teach them life skills, safe life at school and production of re-usable sanitary pads to the girls who are coming from disadvantageous families, so as to help them to overcome difficulties and build a bridge to their future well being.

We also collaborate with https://shaukusafaris.co.tz/  located in Arusha to help our visitors to travel in different parts of Tanzania to see various wonders found in our country. We offer cheap and affordable prices for our services,
